What the floor delivers
Jig-welded fabrication
Bodies are jig-welded, not improvised. Panels, flooring and partitions go in sequence with the same drawings every unit — that is why the hundredth van matches the first.
Medical integration
Dental chair plumbing, X-ray shielding, ILR cold rooms — installed and pressure-tested in-house, with the OEM certificates that ship alongside.
Compliance packaging
AIS-125 type approvals, AERB enclosure certificates and WHO-PQS cold-chain documentation are prepared per unit, ready for your committee.
Delivery gate records
Every van finishes with a PDI run to your district and a handover file: build photos, test records, gate log. Proof you can file, not just tell.
"A van is a promise made to a district. The committee signs the sanction; the district waits for the camp. We build so both are kept."
— Director, Svastya Medtech
